PUBLIC AREAS
Hobart Cardiology and Medical Specialists is a purpose built, architecturally designed practice whose starting point was that it would be a place where the Doctors and staff would be happy to spend all day, and the patients would feel safe, calm and well cared for. With attention to detail such as carefully curated artwork, indoor gardens and a Sonos sound system, the Practice is extremely stylish and comfortable for both patients and staff.
Centrally located in the heart of Hobart’s medical precinct, we are within a couple of minutes’ walk from both Hobart Private and Royal Hobart Hospitals. The entrance area comprises a spacious, elegant waiting room with a well-designed reception fitted with state of the art equipment. Cheerful and friendly staff are efficient and professional. There are three discreet waiting areas that are both exceptionally well appointed and inviting for patients and their companions to relax whilst awaiting their appointments. There is also an in-house, tastefully appointed bathroom.
STAFF ROOM
The tearoom, with an abundance of natural light, is furnished with high quality appliances, including instant boiling and filtered/chilled water, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee plunger and crockery. There is a modern, round, concrete table for meals and an extremely comfortable three seat sofa.
THE CONSULTING ROOMS
There are seven medical consulting rooms available for tenancy at Hobart Cardiology and Medical Specialists. Each room has been beautifully appointed to the highest standard, providing an optimum working environment. Each room has been elegantly appointed specifically for Medical consultations and they comprise a bespoke desk and shelving, high quality ergonomic Okamura Baron chair, two beautifully upholstered patient chairs, electric patient bed and a lockable upholstered tambour for Doctors’ personal belongings. As a feature of each room, there is hand-painted wallpaper depicting Tasmanian blue-gum. Each suite is also fitted with a state of the art multi-line telephone, a Windows workstation, and a printer.
